TEAM UNDERDOGZ
Team Underdogz is a North Texas youth basketball development program built to give athletes a place to learn, work, grow and belong.
We believe development is bigger than wins, losses or rankings. Our goal is to help young athletes develop their skills, confidence, discipline and character while becoming stronger student-athletes on and off the court.

OUR STORY
Team Underdogz was created for athletes who may not always get the same opportunities, attention or recognition—but are willing to work for their development.
What began as a basketball team has grown into something bigger: a development program and community where athletes at different stages can learn, work, grow and belong.
We understand that every athlete's journey looks different. Some are just learning the game. Some are working to build confidence. Others are preparing for the next level of competition. Wherever they are in that journey, Team Underdogz is committed to meeting athletes where they are and helping them continue to develop.
But our purpose has never stopped at basketball.
We want our athletes to experience more than practices and games. Through team experiences, community involvement and opportunities beyond the court, we work to develop confident, disciplined and accountable student-athletes who understand the importance of hard work, leadership and being part of something bigger than themselves.
We aren't here to measure success only by wins, rankings or trophies. We measure it by growth. By the athlete who gains confidence. The player who keeps working when things get difficult. The student-athlete who learns to believe in themselves. And the young person who finally finds a place where they feel like they belong.
Every athlete deserves an opportunity to develop.
